Company Credit Monitoring Alerts

With ukdata.com's free company monitoring service, you can keep right up to date on the performance of your competitors, customers and suppliers.

How do I monitor a company?

1 Find the subject company using our company search form above.

2 Click 'Monitor this Company' at the top of the company details page and enter a valid email address.

3 That's it. We will email a password to you so you can log back in later and add more companies or edit your monitor list.

What if i want to monitor several companies?

To monitor multiple companies, we can do the hard work for you, either:
- complete the monitor request form
- download and complete this company monitoring spreadsheet
- or call the office and we can set up your monitors over the telephone.

What happens next?

We will alert you as soon as the latest accounts or annual return is filed and in the case of a change in risk score or credit limit. You can add as many companies as you like free of charge. You can edit your alert settings at anytime, simply visit your 'My Monitors' client area.

Can I choose when to receive email alerts?

Yes, log in (top right link of page) and go to your 'My Monitors' client area, where you can decide when we alert you from the options below:

  This includes change in risk score and credit limit.
Credit Report Changes Accounts
  This includes company accounts, interim accounts and other accounts related document filings.
Credit Report Changes Annual Return
  This includes the filing of the Annual Return, Shareholders and Director filings.
Credit Report Changes
Charges
  All information or filings related to mortgages or charges
Credit Report Changes Liquidation / Receivership
  All notifications of liquidation and receivership filings

Do I need to login to receive my reports?

No, we can send reports and documents to your inbox automatically. Go to your 'My Monitors' area and choose edit settings on the company in question. You can then choose to receive some or all updated reports and documents automatically.

You will need to have made a previous purchase so we can charge your credit card or account and automatically send the document out to you.

If you have not made a previous purchase, we will send you an email asking for a first payment, after that, the documents will be sent automatically.
