UK Data Ltd Service Description
UK Data Ltd's services enables clients to order credit reports and company monitoring to web site visitors, and others, for delivery via internet, email and associated technologies.
Upon receipt of an order either online, by telephone or mail, we will perform the required data gathering and delivery and subsequently issue the client with a unique password and instructions to use the online system.
A user indicates a desire to create an order - this may be a company monitor or the purchase of a credit report or document - by clicking on the relevant button (or button image) on any of UK Data Ltd’s web pages. By doing so, the purchaser accepts that they will not publish, modify, resell or share this information with any other party.
The details of the order are recorded on the UK Data Ltd server. Credit card details are NOT saved on our servers.
Software on the UK Data Ltd server then creates the report and sets up the monitoring requirement to be delivered to an internet email addressed to the email address supplied by the user.
The order details are retained on the UK Data Ltd server and made available to the client via the UK Data Ltd reporting system.
Some user emails are returned to the UK Data Ltd server marked as undeliverable to the user. The most common reasons for this are that either the user's email box is full (ie disk quota exceeded), or the data size of the email is larger than a fixed limit of the user's system. UK Data Ltd's services regularly checks for such returned undeliverable emails and, when received, attempts to identify the order in question.

We will take whatever steps we believe reasonable to avoid unavailability for reasons beyond our control, including locating the UK Data Ltd server in a secure data centre with high capacity internet connections, and contracting for continuous monitoring and support with our chosen supplier for these services, but we do not guarantee such unavailability will not occur.
